If for any reason you are displeased with your order from CelebrityPetsCompany.com, return the unused item(s) to us within 30 days from the original date of purchase. You will receive a refund via the same method of payment used for your purchase with the exception of shipping charges. You will not receive a refund for shipping charges. All sales of food products are final.

Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange your item(s) for a different size/color/item, simply return the item(s) to us within 30 days from the original date of purchase with the proper instructions.
