If for any reason you are displeased with your order from CelebrityPetsCompany.com, return the unused item(s) to us within 30 days from the original date of purchase. You will receive a refund via the same method of payment used for your purchase with the exception of shipping charges. You will not receive a refund for shipping charges. All sales of food products are final.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item(s) for a different size/color/item, simply return the item(s) to us within 30 days from the original date of purchase with the proper instructions. You will be responsible for return shipping charges only. Exchanges do not apply to food products. All sales of food products are final.

All items are shipped via USPS First Class Parcel, with an estimated delivery time of 3—5 business days once your order has been placed. Please contact us for any other questions regarding your order status or shipping.
